How to sign in and reach the game
- Go to your casino's website by typing its address or using your own bookmark — not through an ad or a search result you do not recognise.
- Press Log in and enter the email and password you chose when you registered.
- Complete two-step verification if the operator uses it (a code by text or authenticator app).
- Type “Sugar Rush” in the lobby search and choose the version you want.

Common problems and fixes
- Forgotten password. Use “Forgot password” on the operator's login screen. The reset link goes to your registered email; check the spam folder.
- “Account locked”. Several failed attempts trigger a temporary lock. Wait for the stated time or contact the operator's support.
- Location error. Regulated sites confirm that you are physically inside the province. Turn off any VPN, allow location access and, on desktop, install the geolocation plug-in if the operator asks for it.
- Verification pending. Until identity checks are complete you may be able to log in but not play or withdraw.
- Self-exclusion or cooling-off. If you set a break, the login is blocked until it ends. This cannot be lifted early, by design.
- Game missing after login. The operator may not carry the title, or may carry only some versions.
Watch for fake “Sugar Rush login” pages
Pages that show a login form under the name of the slot are not run by Pragmatic Play or by a licensed casino. A game studio does not hold player accounts. Never type casino credentials, card numbers or ID details into such a form. Check that the address in your browser is your operator's own domain, and in Ontario confirm the site on the iGaming Ontario list.
Signing in on a phone
The steps are the same in a mobile browser. Casino apps usually add fingerprint or face unlock after the first sign-in. More on mobile play is on the Sugar Rush app page.
Keeping the casino account secure
- A password used nowhere else. Reused passwords are the most common way accounts are taken over.
- Two-step verification on. If the operator offers it, enable it in the security settings.
- Your own device. Avoid logging in on shared or public computers; if you must, sign out and do not save the password.
- Check the address bar every time. The domain should be exactly your operator's, with a padlock.
- Review login history. Many accounts show recent sessions; an unknown device is a reason to change the password and contact support.
- Never share a code. No operator, regulator or game provider will ask for your password or a one-time code by phone, chat or email.
If you think you used a fake page
- Change the password on the real operator's site straight away, and on any other site where you used the same one.
- Contact the operator's support through the official site and ask them to review recent activity.
- If you entered card details, call your bank or card issuer and ask about blocking the card.
- Report the page to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
After you are signed in
Sugar Rush opens in real-money mode by default. Most lobbies also offer a “demo” or “practice” button on the game tile if you want to warm up first. Your last bet size is usually remembered, so check it before the first spin, and glance at the info panel for the RTP line the first time you open the game at a new operator.
Questions players ask
Where is the Sugar Rush login page?
There is none. You log in at the licensed casino where you hold an account, then open Sugar Rush from its game lobby.
Do I need to log in to play the demo?
No. The demo runs with play money and needs no account.
Why can't I log in from another province?
Provincially regulated sites only accept play from inside their own province and check your location at login.
Is it safe to log in through a link on another website?
Use your own bookmark or type the operator's address. Links in ads, emails and unfamiliar sites are the usual route to phishing pages.
Can I log in to the same casino from two provinces?
Your account stays the same, but regulated sites only let you play while you are physically inside the province that regulates them.
Does Pragmatic Play have player accounts?
No. Pragmatic Play supplies games to operators. Balances, logins and withdrawals are handled only by the casino.
